TTG is seeking a driven and detail-oriented Intermediate Senior Developer to join its Professional Services Team, leading client engagements across TTG’s software platforms:\nProwess - TTG’s established .NET Framework direct selling application. \nAscend - TTG’s newer .NET Core microservice-based direct selling platform. \nThe Opportunity\nIn this role, the Senior Developer will serve as a senior individual contributor, primarily designing and delivering modern features for Ascend using Vue 3, TypeScript, C#/.NET Core, Microsoft SQL Server, Docker, and Kubernetes, while also supporting and enhancing Prowess where needed. The developer’s work will directly affect the systems TTG’s clients rely on to run critical day-to-day business processes.\nThe role combines hands-on development with solution design, complex problem-solving, peer support, and ownership of complex delivery and production issues. The Senior Developer will work closely with project management, business analysis, QA, and other developers to deliver reliable, scalable, and maintainable solutions.\nLocation: Canada (remote)\nThe salary range for this role is $120,000-$135,000 CAD per year. Final compensation will be determined based on experience and skills.\nWhat You'll Own\nDesign and deliver end-to-end solutions\nOwn the design and delivery of complex features across user interfaces, APIs, services, integrations, and data. \nBuild features using Vue 3, TypeScript, Pinia, Kendo UI for Vue, and Axios. \nDesign and build C#/.NET Core services using microservice architecture, along with REST APIs and asynchronous integrations. \nDesign and optimize Microsoft SQL Server data access, including complex queries, indexing, and performance tuning. \nBuild reliable, production-ready software\nImprove system reliability, scalability, security, performance, and observability while addressing meaningful technical debt. \nPackage services using Docker and support deployments in Kubernetes environments. \nDiagnose high-priority production issues, identify root causes, and help implement durable fixes. \nCreate and maintain technical documentation that supports reliable delivery and production operations. \nAdhere to security and data-handling best practices consistent with SOC 2 and PCI-DSS obligations. \nProvide senior technical leadership\nContribute actively to technical design discussions and code reviews. \nSupport less-experienced developers through code review, troubleshooting, and knowledge sharing. \nWork closely with project managers, business analysts, QA, and other developers throughout delivery. \nClearly communicate technical recommendations, tradeoffs, dependencies, estimates, and risks to technical and non-technical stakeholders. \nResponsibilities may evolve as the Professional Services team grows. \nWhat We're Looking For\n7+ years of professional software development experience, including significant ownership of production full-stack applications. \n5+ years of C#/.NET Core development experience. \n5+ years of experience building production applications with Vue.js, ideally Vue 3 and the Composition API. \n3+ years of production TypeScript experience. \nStrong experience with microservice architecture, REST API design, asynchronous processing, messaging, and event-driven integrations. \nStrong Microsoft SQL Server skills, including data modelling, query optimization, indexing, and production performance troubleshooting. \nHands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud environments such as AWS. \nExperience building or supporting eCommerce functionality such as carts, checkout, orders, catalogues, discounts, or returns. \nStrong debugging and problem-solving skills, with the ability to independently own complex technical work. \nClear communication skills and the ability to work effectively across technical and non-technical teams. \nStrongly Preferred\nExperience with multilingual applications, including internationalization and localization. \nExperience in the direct selling industry. \nFamiliarity with AI-assisted development tools. \nBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; equivalent professional experience will also be considered. \nWhy Join TTG\nSolve problems that actually matter.
