filings\nIdentify and implement tax planning opportunities in compliance with applicable regulations\nCoordinate with external tax advisors and auditors\nFinancial Planning & Analysis\nLead the annual budgeting process, periodic forecasting, and long-range financial planning\nProvide timely, accurate financial analysis to support strategic and operational decision-making\nPartner with business leaders to assess performance, investments, and key initiatives\nMonitor financial risks and variances, providing clear recommendations to management\nStrategic Projects & Integration\nLead and support ad hoc strategic projects, including M&A activities and acquisition integration\nPartner cross-functionally on due diligence, financial analysis, process alignment, and integration
