scalable, and secure software solutions \nWrite clean, efficient, and well-documented code that adheres to best practices \nParticipate in architectural decisions and help establish technical standards \nConduct thorough code reviews to ensure code quality and knowledge sharing \nDebug complex issues across various layers of the application stack \nCollaborate with the product owner and team to refine requirements and provide technical insights \nUse AI tooling to help efficiently deliver for our customers while embedding AI into our products and services \nParticipate in agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives \nContribute to continuous improvement of development processes and practices \nStay current with emerging technologies and industry trends \nLead or contribute to technical documentation efforts \nHelp the team support the production environment \nRequirements\n5+ years of professional software development experience \nStrong proficiency in C#, JavaScript and Typescripts and React \nExperience with.NET Core, Redux \nSolid understanding of software design patterns and principles (SOLID, DRY, etc.) \nExperience with relational databases and NoSQL databases, specifically MS SQL server and MongoDB \nKnowledge of RESTful API design and implementation \nFamiliarity with cloud platforms (preferably AWS) \nExperience with version control systems (preferably Git) \nUnderstanding of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices \nAbility to write automated tests (unit, integration, etc.) \nExperience working in an agile development environment \nPreferred Skills and Qualifications:\nExperience with Service Orientated Architectures \nUnderstanding of security best practices in software development \nExperience with performance optimisation and scalability challenges \nKnowledge of monitoring and observability tools \nExperience working with AI tooling, e.g., Cursor, Windsurf, GitHub Copilot etc… \nExperience of
