Once part of TAG, your company gains access to proven best practices, dedicated value-creation resources, and the extended ecosystem of our sister companies, including proprietary in-house technology including and - helping your business reach the next level.\nKEY RESPONSIBILITIES:\nContribute across the full development lifecycle, from helping decide what to build through design, implementation and release.\nBuild and maintain features on both the frontend and backend as a full stack developer.\nDevelop and improve the company’s flagship construction software, including its image recognition capabilities for construction PDFs.\nHelp build newer real-time collaborative features that keep users’ work in sync.\nCollaborate closely with fellow developers, sharing knowledge and learning from one another.\nUphold a high-quality codebase through thoughtful design and attention to detail.\nInvestigate and troubleshoot issues by digging into the underlying systems to understand and resolve unexpected behaviour.\nRequirements\nA minimum of 4 years proven development experience.\nBachelors Degree in Computer Science or a related field. \nA strong understanding of some of React, Typescript, Python, Terraform, AWS, Postgres.\nCommand line / Linux experience.\nExperience working within smaller, independent companies.\nExcellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.\nStrong communication and collaboration skills.\nOur Tech Stack:\nTypeScript, MobX, Hasura, PostgreSQL, Python, Apollo, GraphQL, SQL, Flask, Redis, RQ, JavaScript, React, Vim, VSCode, HTML, CSS and AWS.\nOur flagship product uses image recognition to identify elements in construction PDFs, built with Python (numpy), Postgres and React.
