The Role Valstad is seeking a Controls & Robotics Technician to help build, integrate, commission, operate, and maintain robotic manufacturing systems. You will work with industrial robots, PLCs, electrical controls, welding equipment, sensors, networks, tooling, and safety systems. What You Will Do Install and commission robots, PLCs, remote I/O, sensors, and equipment. Perform wiring, point-to-point checks, and I/O validation. Configure PLC hardware and make controlled ladder-logic changes. Integrate robot-to-PLC handshakes and industrial networks. Operate robotic cells during testing and production.
