You bring 4+ YEARS of experience, a growth mindset and a drive to make a lasting impact. \nYou will thrive in this role if you are: \nA curious problem solver who challenges the status quo \nA collaborator who values teamwork and knowledge-sharing \nExcited by the intersection of technology, creativity and data \nExperienced in Agile methodologies and consulting (a plus) \nRole responsibilities\nDevelop AEM components, templates, services, and integrations using Java, OSGi, and Sling Models on AEM 6.5 and AEMaaCS. \nBuild and optimize EDS blocks and author experiences using Universal Editor and modern JavaScript. \nImplement headless solutions using Content Fragments, GraphQL, and REST APIs; build React-based frontends.\nDevelop serverless extensions and integrations with Adobe App Builder and Adobe I/O; contribute to AEM Mesh/App Mesh implementations. \nConfigure and manage AEM Sites, Assets, and Dynamic Media (renditions, presets, delivery). \nSupport migrations: refactor legacy code for Cloud Service compatibility, use the AEM Modernization Agent and other tooling where applicable, and validate output. \nBuild and maintain CI/CD pipelines (Cloud Manager and Git-based workflows); write unit and integration tests. \nParticipate in design discussions and peer code reviews; mentor junior developers. \nTroubleshoot defects and performance issues across environments; work with QA, architects, and the Lead on delivery. \nDocument technical designs, component behaviour, and runbooks. \nMust have qualifications\nTo be considered for this role, you must meet the following essential qualifications: \nExperience with EDS (block development, performance tuning) and Universal Editor\nExperience with EDS (block development, performance tuning) and Universal Editor. \nHands-on AEM 6.5 and AEMaaCS development (Sites, Assets, Dynamic Media, Content Fragments).\n Strong Java, OSGi, Sling Models, Sling, JCR, and Maven. GraphQL and REST API design and consumption.\n Strong JavaScript (ES6+), React, HTML5, CSS3/SCSS. \nWorking knowledge of Adobe App Builder, Adobe I/O, and AEM Mesh/App Mesh. \nCI/CD (Cloud Manager, Git, Jenkins/GitHub Actions/Azure DevOps) and cloud fundamentals.\n Solid understanding of Dispatcher, caching, and CDN concepts. \nUnit and integration testing (JUnit, Mockito, AEM Mocks, Jest/Cypress or similar). \nClear communication and a collaborative approach in Agile teams. \nOwnership, problem-solving, and willingness to coach others. \nNice to have qualifications \nAdobe certifications (AEM Sites Developer, Cloud Manager). \nExperience with cloud migration or legacy-to-EDS modernization. \nExperience with Adobe Experience Cloud integrations. \nFamiliarity with accessibility (WCAG), SEO, and security best practices. \nInterest in AI-assisted development tooling. \nIf you do not meet all the listed qualifications or have gaps in your experience, we still encourage you to apply.
