You bring 8+ Years of experience, a growth mindset and a drive to make a lasting impact. \nYou will thrive in this role if you are: \nA curious problem solver who challenges the status quo \nA collaborator who values teamwork and knowledge-sharing \nExcited by the intersection of technology, creativity and data \nExperienced in Agile methodologies and consulting (a plus) \nRole Responsibilities\nAs an AI Tech Lead, you will help design, build, and optimize AI-first systems and solutions that advance our digital capabilities and create real value for our clients.\nProvide technical leadership and mentorship to a multidisciplinary AI team.\nCollaborate with stakeholders to identify business opportunities and AI use cases.\nTranslate abstract business problems into concrete, innovative AI solutions.\nDrive code quality, robust architecture, and documentation within technical teams.\nFacilitate knowledge sharing, peer reviews, and upskilling within the AI team.\nYou will collaborate with cross-functional teams.\nWork on Valtech’s various AI Accelerators \nMust have qualifications\nTo be considered for this role, you must meet the following essential qualifications: \n3+ years of hands-on experience in AI engineering and 10+ years of overall work experience.\nProficiency with programming languages such as Python.\nKnowledge of software engineering best practices including source control, CI/CD, and automated testing.\nFamiliarity with cloud technologies and managed AI services such as Azure Machine Learning, AWS SageMaker, or Google AI Platform.\nUnderstanding of responsible AI, data privacy, and ethical AI development.\nUnderstanding of AI Concepts like LLMs, RAG, AgenticAI, MCPs. Stay updated with the latest AI research and technologies.\nPrior involvement in MLOps, model deployment, monitoring, and automation of AI workflows.\nStrong critical thinking, communication, and teamwork skills, with a willingness to share ideas and collaborate.\nZeal to learn & Excel.\nIf you do not meet all the listed qualifications or have gaps in your experience, we still encourage you to apply.
