You’ll work on enterprise-scale projects and programmes, solving exciting problems with data and AI. \nYou’ll be at the heart of the team, working with partnerships and growth on new and existing business, and supporting delivery of enterprise data projects, in a key strategic focus area for our UK business. You’ll work with colleagues across strategy, delivery and product, advising clients in financial services, public sector, retail and automotive. You’ll help them define their future data ecosystem, modernise their platforms and unlock AI, while building scaled capability within the practice. \nRole responsibilities\nAs a hands-on consulting leader in complex enterprise environments, you will: \nWork with our partnerships, growth teams, and technology partners including Databricks, GCP and Azure, on new and existing business opportunities, bringing your expertise and technical knowledge to help shape proposals and win work in the market. \nSupport our go-to-market: shaping key propositions, contribute to our businesses’ point of view on how Data and AI help solve our client most difficult challenges and be a credible voice be in front of clients \nLead the technical delivery of key client engagements and alongside our internal teams, facilitating strategic conversations and defining data strategies, architectures and roadmaps that clients can act on \nBe an instrumental voice and leader in the delivery of data projects on platforms like Fabric, Databricks and Snowflake, covering ETL pipelines, data migration, data exposure, and risk and governance, and advise clients on each \nSupport our delivery teams in setting strategic direction, bringing data together in one place and making it available for use, including for AI \nDevise programmes, structures of work, delivery models and operating models to deliver at scale in enterprise environments \nSupport and mentor consultants, architects and engineers \nMust have qualifications\nProven track record leading enterprise-scale data transformation or AI programmes \nStrong consulting background in complex client environments \nExperience shaping data strategies and architectures, and devising programmes, delivery models and operating models for delivery at scale \nHands-on delivery experience on platforms like Fabric, Databricks and Snowflake, including ETL pipelines, data migration, governance and risk \nDeep understanding of cloud data ecosystems across GCP, AWS and Azure \nHands-on technical credibility across data engineering, analytics, AI or architecture \nStrong stakeholder management and facilitation skills, including with senior leadership \nAbility to balance strategic advisory with delivery leadership and to bring structure to ambiguity \nExperience in consultative style selling alongside cross-functional teams \nExperience pitching to clients and contributing to proposals and responses, working with partnerships and growth teams \nExcellent communication and presentation skills \nNice to have qualifications \nExperience working in agile, cross-functional delivery teams \nExperience across several sectors, including regulated industries \nGenAI project experience \nAI-native ways of working, including agent and sub-agent pipelines and workflows \nExperience mentoring consultants or engineers \nIf you do not meet all the listed qualifications or have gaps in your experience, we still encourage you to apply.
