You’ll move from insight to strategy to design - bringing human-centred, data-grounded work to life within agile delivery squads and regional programs. You bring 12+ years of experience, a growth mindset and a drive to make a lasting impact.\nTo be successful in the role you will need to be a digital native who thrives in delivering aesthetic design to digital transformation programs. Your portfolio of digital work will need to reflect your capability to work on complex, scalable digital solutions spanning Web, Mobile, and connected experiences. \nFor this role, it is essential that you have built your experience in a similar environment to Valtech - a Digital Transformation Consultancy or Digital Agency, delivering solutions that blend creative design, technical heavy lifting and Data / AI capability.\nYour Role:\nLead end-to-end design from problem framing to shipped experiences.\nFacilitate design thinking and collaboration workshops.\nLead user research including but not limited to interviews, surveys.\nConduct competitor benchmarking and analysis.\nCreate meaningful IA, customer journeys, user flows with business goals\nCraft excellence in creating customer interaction & motion design.\nChampion inclusive design & accessibility (WCAG), baking it into every decisions.\nTurn insights into outcomes: prototype, test and iterate with clear business objectives.\nPartner with cross-functional teams across Strategy, Product, Data and Engineering.\nBe a player-coach: mentor juniors and roll up your sleeves to lead by example.\nDesign for cross-cultural: understanding the APAC nuances, localising flows & content.\nGuide stakeholders: frame & facilitate tough discussions, and create positive impact.\nSupporting in pitches.\nSome work travelling may be required.\nExperience and Expertise\nA portfolio of work with measurable client impact. Your portfolio of digital work will need to reflect your capability to work on complex, scalable digital solutions spanning Web, Mobile, and connected experiences.\nHuman-centered design dept across research, interaction, UI, content & service design.\nProven accessibility & inclusive design practice. (e.g WCAG/A11y).\nFluency in modern tools: Figma, Miro, prototying & practical chops with AI design tools.\nDesign Systems/DesignOps experience, from governance to component quality.\nA great communicator with clear succint communication with execs and teams.\nBias to action in ambiguous spaces; you balance speed with craft to ship the right thing.\nAt least 3 years of experience in XD leadership roles.\nWell-versed in XD research tools (e.g. Maze, UserTesting).\nGood understanding on enterprise software solutions (e.g. Adobe, Sitecore, Salesforce).\nNice to have Experience\nExperience in Public Service, Travel & Hospitality, Retail, Health & Telco verticals.\nFamiliarity with data reporting and visualisation tools. (e.g. PowerBI, Tableau).\nRegional Expertise\nYou will be eligible to work in Singapore and have strong understanding of APAC markets, their unique challenges, and the opportunities they present.\nThe Benefits \nThis is a full-time position based in Singapore.
