CoreMedia to join our team and work on a strategic digital commerce programme for a leading luxury brand within the LVMH Group.\nYou will play a key role at the intersection of technology, architecture, e-commerce and digital experience, contributing both to the technical direction of the CoreMedia platform and to the successful delivery of complex digital projects.\nYou will act as a technical reference for the development team, helping define robust and scalable solutions while supporting Senior and experienced Developers in their technical growth.\nThe role can be based in Portugal, Germany or France, with a requirement to work onsite with the client in Paris La Défense for a minimum of three consecutive days every month.\nYou will thrive in this role if you are: \nA curious problem solver who challenges the status quo \nA collaborator who values teamwork and knowledge-sharing \nExcited by the intersection of technology, creativity and data \nExperienced in Agile methodologies and consulting (a plus) \nRole responsibilities\nAct as the technical lead and main technical point of contact for the CoreMedia squad, towards client architects, product owners and stakeholders.\nDefine and own the technical architecture and design of CoreMedia Content Cloud solutions (Studio, CAE, Headless Server, Content Delivery APIs), ensuring scalability, performance, security and maintainability.\nRemain hands-on on the most complex developments: custom content types, Studio extensions, Blueprint customisation, templates and Spring-based back-end components.\nLead code reviews and enforce engineering standards, test automation, quality gates and technical documentation.\nDesign and secure the integration of CoreMedia with the wider ecosystem: e-commerce platform, PIM, DAM, search, personalisation, CDN and other third-party services through APIs.\nTranslate business and functional requirements into technical solutions and stories, contribute to estimation, backlog refinement and sprint planning.\nDrive CI/CD, environments and deployments (containers, cloud), release readiness and production support, including incident analysis and performance tuning.\nManage technical debt, CoreMedia upgrades and Blueprint evolution, and anticipate technical risks and dependencies.\nCoach and mentor developers, promote knowledge sharing, onboard new members and foster technical autonomy and continuous improvement.\nWork in an Agile (Scrum / SAFe) setup: contribute to ceremonies and, in a SAFe environment, to PI Planning and the identification of technical dependencies across teams.\nEnsure clear reporting and visibility on technical progress, risks and quality, using Jira and Confluence.\nMust have qualifications\nTo be considered for this role, you must meet the following essential qualifications: \n7+ years of experience in Java/JEE development, including 3+ years on CoreMedia (Content Cloud / CMS, Studio, CAE, Headless Server, Blueprint).\nStrong expertise in Java, Spring / Spring Boot, Maven, Freemarker/JSP templating and JavaScript / TypeScript.\nSolid experience designing REST and GraphQL APIs and headless / hybrid CMS architectures.\nProven experience as Tech Lead or Lead Developer: technical decision-making, architecture, code review and mentoring.\nExperience integrating a CMS with e-commerce platforms, PIM, DAM and search solutions in a complex enterprise landscape.\nGood knowledge of Git, CI/CD pipelines, Docker/Kubernetes and a cloud provider (AWS, Azure or GCP).\nGood understanding of performance, caching, security, SEO and accessibility for large-scale web platforms.\nExperience working in Agile environments (Scrum, SAFe) with Jira and Confluence.\nStrong communication skills and ability to work with technical teams, business stakeholders and clients, in onsite and distributed setups.\n Fluent English (C2).\nNice to have qualifications \nExperience on luxury, retail or large multi-brand, multi-site and multi-language digital platforms.\n CoreMedia certification or experience of CoreMedia major upgrades and migrations.\nKnowledge of e-commerce platforms or marketplaces (e.g. SAP Commerce, Salesforce Commerce Cloud, commercetools).\nFront-end / headless experience (React, Next.js, Node.js).\nExperience with observability and performance testing tools (e.g. Grafana, Datadog, JMeter).\nExperience in large-scale Agile organisations and SAFe ceremonies such as PI Planning.\nExperience with collaboration tools such as Miro or equivalent.\n French is a strong asset (working proficiency appreciated).\nConsulting experience and a strong continuous improvement mindset.\nIf you do not meet all the listed qualifications or have gaps in your experience, we still encourage you to apply.
