That means you will be accountable for ensuring that the work being delivered by the team on the ground is in line with our commercial agreements and agreed commercial outcomes. In order to do this you will need to manage expectations and risk both internally and externally and be prepared to have difficult conversations and hold others to account where necessary. \nRole Responsibilities: \nFacilitate cross-team coordination and manage interdependencies. \nDrive delivery cadence and maintain momentum across teams. \nAct as the central point of coordination for Product Owners and Tech Leads. \nProactively manage risks, issues, dependencies, and cross-stream impacts. \nCreate and maintain programme-level artefacts (integrated plans, RAIDD logs, resourcing forecasts, progress reporting). \nAlign outputs to strategic goals set by the Programme governance and clients. \nFacilitate workshops for cross-stream planning and critical path mapping. \nConsolidate stream-level reporting into a coherent executive summary. \nEnforce standardised processes across teams (quality gates, documentation, reporting). \nSupport communications between client stakeholders and delivery teams. \nMust have: \nProven experience managing multiple teams to meet customer needs \nProven experience in managing large projects, preferably with relevant project management certification. \nProven experience in the management of project budgets \nAbility to organize the teams and the work to hit and exceed required timescales \nExperience in leading and inspiring teams to reach a shared vision \nAbility to communicate at all levels; in particular, senior clients, project stakeholders, and teams \nChampion agile methodologies, design and support changes of team structures, and help embed ways of working e.g data driven decision making \nAbility to establish appropriate project management processes and artifacts \nAbility to connect work done by the team to customer value \nAbility to nurture constructive criticism to drive focus and continuous improvement \nAn eye for detail with the ability to step back and consider the bigger picture \nAdvanced English level \nMeet the team: \nIn this role you will be working with a multi-disciplinary agile delivery team. Internally this will be made up of everyone needed to deliver a complex digital solution: from Business Analysts and Architects to Creatives and Developers.
