The Tech Lead is responsible for mature study and translating architecture into scalable and production-ready solutions. This role drives detailed technical design choices, secures delivery quality, and coordinates development and integration activities across multidisciplinary teams.\nYou will thrive in this role if you:\nAre comfortable owning architectural decisions and long-term technical strategy\nEnjoy mentoring engineers and raising overall engineering maturity\nCan clearly communicate technical trade-offs to both technical and non-technical stakeholders\nProactively identify risks, dependencies, and scalability concerns\nBalance delivery needs with long-term platform health\nKey responsibilities\nDefine detailed technical design, components, interfaces, and integration patterns.\nLead development teams and enforce engineering standards and best practices.\nCoordinate architecture, cloud/platform, data, QA, and business stakeholders.\nEnsure delivery quality through testing, observability, and application security practices\nGuide teams on GCP and AI Search implementation patterns\nLead technical discovery, estimation, and solution design workshops\nIdentify technical risks and propose mitigation strategies early\nEnsure scalable, reliable, and production-ready AI solutions\nContribute hands-on in complex and high-impact technical areas\nSupport industrialization and operationalization of AI and search use cases\nMust have qualifications\n7+ years of professional software engineering experience in enterprise environments\nStrong expertise in Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and AI ecosystems\nExperience with AI Search, conversational AI, and generative AI integrations\nStrong application architecture, API design, and enterprise integration experience\nSolid understanding of cloud-native, microservices, and event-driven architectures\nExperience with CI/CD pipelines, software quality, observability, and cloud security best practices\nExperience working with Kubernetes and Infrastructure as Code\nTechnical leadership experience, including mentoring engineers and guiding technical decisions\nAbility to collaborate across architecture, engineering, cloud, and data teams\nStrong communication and stakeholder management skills\nExperience delivering enterprise-scale digital solutions in Agile environments\nBackend development experience with Java and/or Python\nAdvanced level of French and English\nIf you do not meet all the listed qualifications or have gaps in your experience, we still encourage you to apply.
