Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects. \nCoordinate delivery across multi-brand or multi-market digital programs, with an emphasis on reuse, governance, and consistency across brand teams \nEnsure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget. Reaching deadlines as a must. \nDeveloping project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility. \nDevelop and groom product backlog in JIRA \nEnsure staffing, engineering resource availability and allocations. \nTo create a General Road Mapping. Develop a detailed project plan to track progress. \nUse appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule and costs (Risk management). \nMeasure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques. \nManage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders improving negotiation and understanding. \nTo care about financials of the project in charge (invoicing, expenses, revenue forecasts, etc). \nTo analyze all relevant data about the project, creating dashboards and data visualizations for improving the decision making process. \nCreate and maintain comprehensive project documentation. \n\nMust havequalifications \nTo be considered for this role, you must meet the following essential qualifications: \n+6 years working as a Project Manager inside digital agencies, software factories or IT companies. \nExperience working with project management software tools like MS Project and JIRA. \nExperience with eCommerce and related systems implementations, including but not limited to PIM (Product Information Systems), CMS (Content Management System), DAM (Digital Assess Management), Search and SEO/GEO. \nExperience managing both fixed-price and time & materials projects \nExperience delivering agile projects and working with PODs \nExperience with AI tools in everyday work and to support and accelerate project and product delivery \n Knowledge of data processing and dashboard. Metrics and KPI's analysis. \nSolid technical background with an ability to address accessibility and compatibility issues. Experience working with agile methodologies. \nUpper-intermediate to advanced level of conversational English. \nNice tohavequalifications \nPreferably with a degree in Computer Sciences, Engineering or related careers. \nExperience in e-commerce, ideally with composable or headless commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify), delivering programs across multiple brands or markets \nIf you do not meet all the listed qualifications or have gaps in your experience, we still encourage you to apply.
