You bring 6+ YEARS of experience, a growth mindset and a drive to make a lasting impact. \nYou will thrive in this role if you are: \nA curious problem solver who challenges the status quo \nA collaborator who values teamwork and knowledge-sharing \nExcited by the intersection of technology, creativity and data \nExperienced in Agile methodologies and consulting (a plus) \nRole responsibilities\nBuild and configure journeys in Journey Builder and automations in Automation Studio per approved user stories \nDevelop AMPscript/SSJS personalization and dynamic content for email and other channel templates \nCreate and maintain data extensions, SQL query activities and contact/subscriber data models \nBuild and QA one-shot and always-on campaigns across markets and languages \nSupport integration testing between CRM/Commerce platforms and Marketing Cloud (MC Connect, APIs) \nParticipate in Agile ceremonies and provide effort estimates for backlog items \nMonitor and troubleshoot campaign KPIs (deliverability, opens, clicks, bounce rate) for delivered journeys \nProduce and maintain technical documentation for delivered work \nWhere allocated (typically C3 grade), contribute a share of time to L3-level incident root-cause analysis and bug fixes \nRequired Skills & Experience \nSolid hands-on experience with Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Email Studio and Contact Builder/Data Extensions \nWorking knowledge of AMPscript, SSJS and SQL \nExperience with API-based integrations between Marketing Cloud and CRM/Commerce platforms \nUnderstanding of email deliverability, segmentation and personalization best practices \nExperience with version control and release processes for Marketing Cloud assets \nGood written and spoken English \nPreferred / Nice to Have \nSalesforce Marketing Cloud Email Specialist or Developer certification \nExperience with additional channels (WhatsApp, KakaoTalk, LINE) \nExperience in retail or luxury goods marketing environments \nIf you do not meet all the listed qualifications or have gaps in your experience, we still encourage you to apply.
