Operating at the heart of an enterprise-grade product team, you will be the technical conscience of your squad - owning code quality, driving architecture decisions, and delivering robust CRM solutions that power boutique retail operations, omnichannel clienteling, and luxury client experiences across 5 continents. If you believe that great software and haute couture share the same DNA - precision, craft, and zero tolerance for defects - this role is for you. \nA curious problem solver who challenges the status quo \nA collaborator who values teamwork and knowledge-sharing \nExcited by the intersection of technology, creativity and data \nExperienced in Agile methodologies and consulting (a plus) \nRole & Responsibilities\nTechnical Leadership & Architecture:\nOwn end-to-end technical implementation of features - from design to deployment to documentation.\nDefine and drive incremental architecture strategies aligned with the Maison’s IS model and System Architect guidance.\nIdentify architectural constraints ahead of sprints during macro-grooming and PI Planning sessions.\nExercise veto authority on fast-fixes that risk destabilising the Salesforce platform - quality is non-negotiable.\nCoordinate with System Architects and Enterprise Architects on cross-team technical decisions.\nDevelopment & Code Quality:\nImplement clean, well-tested Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and platform-native code with full automated unit test coverage (TDD standard).\nImplement the technical part of automated business and regression tests.\nLead structured code reviews and pair programming sessions; enforce software craftsmanship standards across the squad.\nSet up and maintain CI/CD pipelines; automate testing, deployment, and delivery processes.\nManage and reduce technical debt; maintain backlog items for long-term platform stability.Run Activities (30% of Capacity): \n\nAct as Level 3 expert in the incident management chain - diagnose, fix, and document production bugs under SLA.\nHandle corrective maintenance: analyse incidents, apply fixes, perform unit tests, and deliver updated documentation.\nDrive minor change requests from analysis → specification → development → UAT support → delivery. \nExecute validated data retrieval requests from Salesforce production environments.\nContribute to knowledge base maintenance and continuous improvement of support procedures.\n Build Activities (70% of Capacity):\n\nDeliver complete project solutions (code + tests + documentation) aligned to specifications and quality standards.\nParticipate actively in roadmap elaboration, effort estimation, and sprint planning.\nMentor junior and intermediate developers; bring the team toward technical excellence and autonomy.\nDraft and maintain high-quality technical documentation, architecture decision records, and solution design docs.\nCollaborate with the broader Salesforce developer community within the organisation to enforce code and delivery standards.\n\nAgile & Collaboration: \nAttend and actively contribute to SAFe ceremonies: Daily Scrum, Sprint Reviews, Retrospectives, and PI Planning.\nCollaborate closely with Paris-based product teams with near-real-time business hours overlap (08:30-18:30 CET).\nRaise and track technical debt in JIRA;
