Your focus will be connecting the Azure application with SAP and ensuring reliable, traceable supplier invoice processing.\nThis is a part-time engagement for an initial three months, with the possibility of extension.\nYou will thrive in this role if you are: \nA curious problem solver who challenges the status quo \nA collaborator who values teamwork and knowledge-sharing \nExcited by the intersection of technology, creativity and data \nExperienced in Agile methodologies and consulting (a plus) \nRole responsibilities\nDesign, develop and test integrations using SAP Cloud Integration (CPI) within SAP BTP.\n\nIntegrate the Azure-based solution with SAP S/4HANA supplier invoice APIs.\n\nWork alongside the Azure development team throughout the build to define interfaces, data mappings and integration flows.\n\nImplement authentication, validation, error handling, monitoring and retry mechanisms.\n\nPrevent duplicate invoice submissions and ensure consistent processing across systems.\n\nSupport auditability and implement approval checkpoints for automated financial actions.\n\nTroubleshoot integration issues and support end-to-end testing.\n\nDocument interfaces, configurations, dependencies and recovery procedures.\n\nMust have qualifications\nTo be considered for this role, you must meet the following essential qualifications: \nHands-on development experience with SAP CPI and SAP BTP.\n\nFamiliarity with SAP S/4HANA supplier invoice APIs.\n\nExperience integrating SAP with external applications or cloud platforms.\n\nPractical experience with API-based integrations, including OData and REST.\n\nUnderstanding of SAP FI invoice processing and financial posting workflows.\n\nExperience handling integration failures, retries, duplicate prevention and transaction consistency.\n\nAbility to work independently and collaborate closely with an Azure development team.\n\nWorking proficiency in English.\n\nNice to have qualifications \nExperience with SAP CIM and/or SAP Ariba.\n\nExperience integrating SAP with Microsoft Azure services.\n\nFamiliarity with AI-driven invoice processing or financial automation.\n\nIf you do not meet all the listed qualifications or have gaps in your experience, we still encourage you to apply.
