The Role  

As a Senior QA Engineer, you are passionate about experience innovation and eager to push the boundaries of what’s possible. You bring 4+ years of experience, a growth mindset and a drive to make a lasting impact. 

You will thrive in this role if you are:

• Experienced in Agile methodologies and consulting (a plus) 

Role & Responsibilities:

• Experise SIOCS (V23+) Functional Testing: Conduct in-depth functional testing across all Oracle SIOCS modules, including but not limited to inventory
• Plan, design, and execute functional, regression, mobile, cross-browser, and API tests.
• Develop and maintain test cases, test plans, and documentation.
• Work closely with developers and product owners to understand requirements.
• Validate releases across major browsers and mobile platforms.
• Report testing progress, risks, and escalations in time.
• Contribute to process improvements and mentor junior testers.

Must Have

To be considered for this role, you must meet the following essential qualifications: 

• Education: A Bachelor's or Master’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related technical field is typically required.
• Strong understanding of software testing practices.
• Deep understanding of Oracle SIOCS (V23+) functionalities and retail inventory operations.
• Hands on experience on Oracle Xstore (V23+)
• Cross-browser / cross-platform testing experience.
• Mobile UI/functional testing.
• API testing (Postman , SOAP UI or equivalent).
• Agile methodology exposure.

Good to Have

• Jira-Zephyr / Xray experience.
• SQL knowledge
• Java knowledge.
• Selenium automation skills.
• Experience building/enhancing automation frameworks.

Soft Skills

• Good client-facing and communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to multitask and work independently.
