You will run complex software delivery end to end, working with distributed, cross-functional teams across several countries. We need someone who combines strong technical understanding with excellent soft skills, and who own outcomes rather than just processes.\nThe ideal candidate\n6+ years of project management experience in a software development environment, including at least 3 years in client-facing roles at a service company or agency.\nTechnically strong: comfortable discussing architecture, integrations, APIs, environments and release processes with engineers. Able to challenge estimates and spot technical risk early.\nStrong command of Agile/Scrum and hybrid delivery setups.\nProven ownership of scope, timeline and budget on medium to large projects.\nExperience managing several projects or workstreams at the same time.\nExperience leading distributed teams across countries and time zones.\nExcellent stakeholder management, including with senior client contacts.\nStrong negotiation skills on scope, timelines and change requests.\nCalm and constructive in escalations and difficult conversations.\nClear, structured verbal and written communication.\nHands-on with Jira and Confluence, and with MS Office.\nEnglish at B2+, with confident spoken English for client calls.\nAlso considered\nCandidates with prior Delivery Manager experience, provided they are ready to work hands-on at project level.\nNice to have\nA technical background (ex-engineer, BA or QA).\nRelevant domain experience.\nPrevious experience in management Data Engineering/Science projects will be a plus\nHands-on use of AI tooling in delivery.\nProfessional PM certifications (PMP, PSM, PRINCE2).\n\nThe role\nYou will:\nPlan, manage and control scope, budget and timeline of software delivery projects.\nAct as the main point of contact for the client on day-to-day delivery and own the client relationship at project level.\nNegotiate scope, priorities and change requests with client stakeholders.\nIdentify and manage risks, dependencies and technical issues early, working closely with tech leads.\nAllocate work and manage workload across the team.\nKeep a distributed team aligned, motivated and productive.\nRun Agile ceremonies and continuously improve delivery processes.\nProvide clear, regular reporting on status, risks and budget to the client and internal management.\nGive performance feedback to team members and input into their development.\nAt Lead level, additionally: mentor other PMs and contribute to delivery standards across the account.\nIf you do not meet all the listed qualifications or have gaps in your experience, we still encourage you to apply.
