You bring 6+ YEARS of experience, a growth mindset and a drive to make a lasting impact. \nYou will thrive in this role if you are: \nA curious problem solver who challenges the status quo \nA collaborator who values teamwork and knowledge-sharing \nExcited by the intersection of technology, creativity and data \nExperienced in Agile methodologies and consulting (a plus) \nRole responsibilities\nDevelop and customise Sitecore XP (9 or 10) solutions using .NET (8/10), C#, and MVC.NET.\nImplement and optimise search functionality using Solr, including indexing and query tuning. \nManage source control, builds, and releases using Azure DevOps (Git repositories and Pipelines). \nWrite unit and integration tests using NUnit/xUnit within Visual Studio, and maintain code quality. \nUse AI-assisted coding tools (e.g. Cursor, Claude Code) to improve productivity, with appropriate code review and human oversight. \nTake part in code reviews, technical design discussions, estimation, and sprint ceremonies. \nTroubleshoot and resolve defects across development, test, and production environments. \nDocument solutions and support junior team members through knowledge sharing. \nMust have qualifications\nExperience: 6 to 8 years of professional software development, including hands-on Sitecore delivery. \nDegree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience. \nSitecore XP: version 9 or 10, with a good understanding of content architecture and the Sitecore development lifecycle. \n Back end: .NET (8 or 10), C#, and MVC.NET. \nSearch: practical experience with Solr in a Sitecore context. \nDevOps: Azure DevOps, including Git repositories and CI/CD pipelines. \nTesting and tooling: NUnit/xUnit and Visual Studio. \nAI-assisted development: practical experience with tools such as Cursor or Claude Code. \nStrong problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills. \nNice to have qualifications \nSitecore or Microsoft certifications are a plus but not required. \nSitecore serialization experience: Sitecore TDS, Unicorn, and/or Sitecore Content Serialization. \nJavaScript. \nSitecore certification. \nIf you do not meet all the listed qualifications or have gaps in your experience, we still encourage you to apply.
