This senior leadership role combines deep technical expertise, strategic consulting, solution architecture, and delivery leadership to help clients modernize their platforms, accelerate software delivery, and unlock value through cloud-native technologies and AI-powered solutions. \nThe ideal candidate brings extensive experience across Microsoft Azure, modern web application architectures including Next.js, and emerging Agentic AI technologies. You will guide enterprise transformation initiatives, shape technical strategy, mentor engineering teams, and partner with business stakeholders to deliver innovative solutions at scale. \nRole responsibilities\nTechnical Leadership \nDefine and drive technical vision, architecture strategies, and best practices for cloud and DevOps engagements. \nLead the design and delivery of large-scale cloud-native solutions on Microsoft Azure. \nEstablish engineering standards, governance frameworks, security controls, and operational excellence practices. \nAct as a trusted advisor to client executives, technology leaders, and product organizations. \nAgentic AI & Innovation \nLead the design and implementation of Agentic AI solutions leveraging modern AI orchestration frameworks, LLMs, copilots, autonomous workflows, and intelligent agents. \nHelp clients identify opportunities to automate complex business processes through AI-driven systems. \nEvaluate emerging AI technologies and define adoption strategies aligned with business objectives. \nArchitect secure, scalable, and responsible AI solutions within enterprise environments. \nCloud & DevOps Excellence \nDrive cloud adoption, modernization, migration, and platform engineering initiatives. \nEstablish CI/CD pipelines, Infrastructure as Code (IaC), observability, reliability engineering, and cloud governance practices. \nGuide platform teams in implementing scalable DevOps operating models and automation strategies. \nEnsure solutions meet security, compliance, performance, and reliability requirements. \nDelivery & Client Engagement \nLead multidisciplinary engineering teams across multiple engagements. \nSupport pre-sales, solutioning, technical discovery workshops, and proposal development. \nProvide executive-level communication and technical leadership throughout project delivery. \nManage technical risk, architecture decisions, and delivery quality. \nTalent Development \nMentor architects, engineers, and technical managers. \nFoster a culture of innovation, continuous improvement, and technical excellence. \nContribute to capability development within the Cloud & DevOps practice. \n\nMust have qualifications\n10+ years of experience in software engineering, cloud architecture, platform engineering, or DevOps. \n5+ years in technical leadership, architecture leadership, or consulting leadership roles. \nDeep expertise in Microsoft Azure services, architecture patterns, governance, security, and operations. \nStrong experience designing and delivering enterprise applications using Next.js, React, and modern web architectures. \nProven experience implementing or architecting Agentic AI, AI-enabled automation, autonomous workflows, copilots, or advanced AI solution frameworks. \nExperience with cloud-native architectures, microservices, APIs, containers, and distributed systems. \nStrong client-facing consulting experience with executive stakeholder management. \nMicrosoft Azure (App Services, AKS, Functions, AI Services, Networking, Security, Identity, Data Services, and Platform Engineering capabilities). \nDevOps platforms and practices including GitHub, Azure DevOps, CI/CD, Infrastructure as Code, and automation. \nContainers and orchestration technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes. \nModern JavaScript/TypeScript ecosystems. \nObservability, monitoring, reliability engineering, and cloud security best practices. \nAI and machine learning solution integration within enterprise applications. \nNice to have qualifications \nAzure Solutions Architect Expert, Azure DevOps Engineer Expert, or other relevant Microsoft certifications. \nExperience with Azure OpenAI Service and enterprise AI platform implementations. \nExperience with platform engineering and internal developer platforms. \nBackground in consulting, digital transformation, or systems integration environments. \nExperience leading distributed and global delivery teams. \nIf you do not meet all the listed qualifications or have gaps in your experience, we still encourage you to apply.
