This is a chance to join a stable, well-capitalized manufacturer during a period of real growth, and to help shape how the operation scales.\nThe Role\nThe company is adding engineers to support the production, testing, and continuous improvement of high-performance RF and microwave products built on-site. You’ll work closely with production, quality, and design teams to bring new products into the facility, develop and optimize test processes, and keep high-volume output running at a high standard of precision.\nWhat You’ll Do\nDevelop, validate, and maintain production test processes for RF/microwave components, including mixers, demodulators, power splitters/combiners, directional couplers, phase detectors, amplifiers, and switches\nSupport the transfer of new products and test capabilities into the Florida facility, from setup through stable production\nDesign, assemble, and troubleshoot test boards, fixtures, control boards, and harnesses\nWork with the SMT department to optimize pick-and-place assembly, solder processes, and yields\nAnalyze test data and failures, drive root-cause analysis, and put corrective actions in place\nImprove throughput, test coverage, and cost efficiency through automation and process refinement\nWrite and maintain test procedures, work instructions, and engineering documentation\nTrain and support technicians and production staff on test methods and equipment\nWhat You Bring\nBachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field (Master’s a plus)\n3+ years of experience in RF/microwave engineering, test engineering, or manufacturing engineering in an electronics production environment\nHands-on experience with RF test equipment such as vector network analyzers, spectrum analyzers, signal generators, and power meters\nSolid understanding of S-parameters, insertion loss, isolation, VSWR/return loss, noise figure, and related RF performance metrics\nFamiliarity with SMT assembly processes and PCB-level troubleshooting\nExperience with test automation (Python, LabVIEW, C#, or similar) is a strong plus\nA strong analytical, data-driven approach to problem-solving\nAbility to work on-site in Hialeah, FL\nPreferred\n Bilingual English/Spanish (strongly preferred, given the collaborative production environment)\nExperience with high-mix, high-volume electronics manufacturing\nKnowledge of lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, or statistical process control\nExperience with IPC standards (IPC-A-610, J-STD-001)\nCompensation & Benefits\nBase salary of $135,000 -
