You will set the SAP roadmap, lead a global team of functional and technical consultants, and partner with operations, supply chain and finance leaders to make the business faster, more scalable and more efficient. This is a high-visibility role with a direct line to senior leadership and real influence over the company's digital transformation.\nWhat You'll Do\nStrategy and Leadership\nBuild and execute an SAP roadmap tied to business and manufacturing goals.\nLead a global SAP team of functional and technical consultants through project delivery and ongoing support.\nWork with senior leadership to identify process improvement and digital transformation opportunities.\nImplementation and Optimization\nOversee implementation of core modules supporting discrete manufacturing, including PP, MM, SD, WM, QM and FI/CO.\nDrive clean integration between SAP and surrounding enterprise systems such as MES, PLM and CRM.\nContinuously tune configurations to raise manufacturing efficiency, lower cost and improve data accuracy.\nBusiness Process Alignment\nPartner with manufacturing, supply chain, finance and IT to turn business requirements into SAP solutions.\nStandardize global manufacturing processes around SAP best practices.\nKeep systems and processes aligned with industry standards and regulatory requirements.\nProject Management\nRun SAP projects end to end, owning plans, budgets, resourcing and risk.\nDeliver on time, on scope and on budget, with regular progress reporting to stakeholders.\nSupport and Training\nLead the SAP support function: issue resolution, root cause analysis and prevention.\nBuild and deliver end-user training programs.\nMaintain system documentation and ensure knowledge transfer across the team.\nVendor and Stakeholder Management\nManage relationships with SAP, implementation partners and other third-party providers.\nKeep SAP processes and systems consistent across global sites.\nWhat You Bring\nBachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration or a related field; master's degree preferred.\n8-10+ years of SAP ERP implementation and management experience, including at least 5 years in a leadership role.\nBackground in discrete manufacturing, ideally high-tech or electronics.\nStrong working knowledge of PP, MM, SD, WM, QM and FI/CO.\nSAP S/4HANA experience strongly preferred.\nExperience leading global projects with cross-cultural teams.\nSolid grasp of manufacturing processes, supply chain management and financial operations.\nFluency in Agile, Scrum and Waterfall delivery and the tools that support them.\nExcellent communication skills with stakeholders at every level, from the shop floor to the executive suite.\nAbility to juggle competing priorities in a fast-moving environment.\nNice to have: SAP certification in relevant modules; PMP or equivalent project management certification.\nYou'll Thrive Here If You\nBring real energy and enthusiasm to your work.\nHold yourself to a high quality bar and keep looking for ways to improve.\nMake sound, business-minded decisions.\nPut internal and external customers first.\nOwn your results and your commitments.\nMove with urgency without losing sight of the details.\nCollaborate openly toward shared goals.\nLead with honesty, integrity and respect.\nBenefits\nMedical, dental and vision coverage\n401(k) and profit-sharing programs\nPaid time off\nDisability and life insurance\nHospital and accident indemnity insurance\nWellness programs, commuter benefits, benefits advocate and employee assistance program\nQualifications listed are guidelines; the client may consider candidates outside them.
