Work will follow an outcome-based model with defined milestones, deliverables, acceptance criteria, dependencies, and quality expectations.\n\nKey Responsibilities : \n\n- Build responsive web applications with React, TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3.\n\n- Develop backend services, business logic, and RESTful APIs using C#, ASP.NET Core, and .NET.\n\n- Design and maintain relational databases, queries, data-access components, and integrations with third-party systems.\n\n- Implement workflows for approvals, document processing, reporting, transactions, and related business operations.\n\n- Write secure, reusable, maintainable, and well-tested code.\n\n- Create unit and integration tests, participate in code reviews, and troubleshoot application, API, database, and integration issues.\n\n- Collaborate with product owners, client engineers, QA, and delivery leadership to clarify requirements and meet milestones.\n\n- Participate in Agile ceremonies, technical documentation, deployments, production support, and continuous improvement.\n\n- Follow established security, access-control, data-protection, development, and release standards.\n\nRequired Qualifications : \n\n- Approximately 3-5 years of professional software development experience, including hands-on C# and modern JavaScript/TypeScript.\n\n- Production experience with React, including hooks, state management, reusable components, responsive layouts, performance, validation, and error handling.\n\n- Experience developing applications and RESTful APIs with ASP.NET Core and .NET.\n\n- Understanding of object-oriented and asynchronous programming, dependency injection, application architecture, authentication, authorization, logging, and API error handling.\n\n- Practical SQL experience with SQL Server, PostgreSQL, or a comparable relational database, including data modeling, joins, indexes, transactions, query optimization, and data integrity.\n\n- Experience with Entity Framework Core or another .NET data-access technology.\n\n- Experience with Git, pull requests, collaborative code reviews, unit and integration testing, debugging, automated builds, and CI/CD fundamentals.\n\n- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.\n\n- Clear written and verbal English communication.\n\n- Experience working in Agile or Scrum environments and distributed teams.\n\n- Ability to work independently, participate in client technical discussions, and demonstrate completed work.\n\nPreferred Qualifications : \n\n- Experience with healthcare, financial services, enterprise SaaS, or other business-critical applications.\n\n- Familiarity with HIPAA safeguards and protected health information.\n\n- Experience with AWS or Microsoft Azure.\n\n- Exposure to Docker, infrastructure as code, automated deployment pipelines, Azure DevOps, or GitHub Actions.\n\n- Familiarity with OpenAPI/Swagger, OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, and role-based access control.\n\n- Experience integrating scheduling, billing, document-management, identity, or other enterprise systems.\n\n- Familiarity with HL7 or FHIR.\n\n- Exposure to AI-enabled applications, document
