technical specifications and architectural roadmaps, ensuring that software solutions align with long-term business objectives.\n\n- Conduct rigorous code reviews and mentor junior developers to maintain high standards of code quality and engineering best practices across the team.\n\n- Troubleshoot and resolve complex production issues, minimizing downtime and ensuring the stability of distributed systems.\n\nRequired Skillset :\n\n- Develop backend services using Python, Node.js, and Python (FastAPI/Flask/Django).\n\n- Design and implement robust RESTful APIs.\n\n- Work with PostgreSQL for database design, queries, and optimization.\n\n- Build scalable, secure, and high-performance backend systems.\n\n- Integrate APIs with frontend applications and third-party services.\n\n- Optimize database performance (indexing, query tuning).\n\n- Deploy and manage services in Azure App Services / Azure cloud.\n\n- Use GitHub and GitHub Actions for version control and CI/CD pipelines.\n\n- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve production issues.\n\n- Ensure security practices including authentication and authorization.\n\n- Work in Agile teams and collaborate with
