We are looking for a detail-oriented Accounts & Finance professional to join our team and manage day-to-day accounting operations while ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting and statutory compliance.\nKey Responsibilities\nManage day-to-day accounting operations, including Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR).\nPrepare financial statements, MIS reports, and monthly/quarterly financial reports.\nEnsure timely and accurate compliance with TDS and other applicable statutory requirements.\nPerform regular bank, ledger, and account reconciliations and resolve discrepancies.\nManage payroll accounting, employee expenses, and expense tracking.\nAssist with internal and external audits, including preparation of required schedules and supporting documents.\nEnsure timely month-end and year-end closure of books of accounts.\nMonitor financial transactions and ensure accuracy, completeness, and proper documentation.\nIdentify opportunities for process improvements and better financial controls.\nWork closely with cross-functional teams to support financial planning, budgeting, and business requirements.\nMaintain proper accounting records and ensure adherence to company policies and applicable accounting standards.\nDesired Skills & Qualifications\nBachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.\nRelevant experience in Accounts & Finance.\nGood understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.\nHands-on knowledge of TDS and statutory compliances.\nStrong Excel skills and familiarity with accounting/ERP software.\nGood analytical and reconciliation skills.\nStrong attention to detail and accuracy.\nGood communication and coordination skills.\nAbility to manage multiple priorities and
