concerns.\nHR Policies & Compliance\nEnsure effective implementation of HR policies and processes.\nSupport disciplinary actions and employee relations matters.\nEnsure adherence to HR policies and organizational guidelines.\nHR Analytics & Reporting\nTrack headcount, attrition, engagement, performance, and other HR metrics.\nPrepare HR reports and dashboards for management.\nProvide data-driven insights to support business decisions.\nStakeholder Management\nBuild strong relationships with business leaders and functional heads.\nCollaborate with Talent Acquisition, HR Operations, Payroll,
