from organizations operating in the HR Tech or Workforce Management ecosystem.\nKey Responsibilities\nOwn and drive end-to-end sales strategy for Workstatus across domestic and international markets.\nDefine and execute GTM strategies for workforce management and productivity solutions.\nDrive enterprise sales and engage with CHROs, HR Heads, CXOs, Operations Leaders, and Founders.\nBuild and manage strategic partnerships and enterprise relationships.\nLead large-value SaaS deal closures and revenue growth initiatives.\nBuild, mentor, and scale a high-performing product sales team.\nCollaborate with Product, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to drive market expansion.\nOwn sales forecasting, pipeline management, and revenue predictability.\nRequired Skills & Experience\n10+ years of experience in SaaS Product Sales, Enterprise Sales, or HR Tech Sales.\nStrong experience selling HRMS, Payroll, Workforce Management, Employee Productivity, Time Tracking,
