You will own the end-to-end design process, set design standards, mentor the team, and partner closely with product, engineering, data/AI and business stakeholders to deliver exceptional user experiences. A key part of the role is designing AI-powered features and leveraging AI tools to make the design process faster and smarter.\nKey Responsibilities\nLead the end-to-end design process: research, user flows, wireframes, prototypes, high-fidelity UI and developer handoff.\nTranslate business goals and user needs into clear product strategies and design solutions.\nConduct user research, usability testing, stakeholder interviews and competitive analysis to drive data-informed decisions.\nCreate and maintain a scalable design system, component library and brand-consistent style guides.\nCollaborate with product managers, developers and QA to ensure designs are implemented accurately and on time.\nPresent design concepts and rationale to senior leadership and clients, and incorporate feedback effectively.\nMentor and review the work of junior and mid-level designers, raising the overall design quality bar.\nEnsure accessibility (WCAG), responsiveness and consistency across devices and platforms.\nDefine and track UX metrics (task success, conversion, usability scores) and iterate on designs based on insights.\nDesign intuitive AI-driven experiences such as copilots, chat and conversational interfaces, smart recommendations, automation and predictive features.\nDefine UX patterns for AI interactions: prompt/input design, transparency, user control, feedback loops, confidence indicators and graceful handling of errors or uncertain outputs.\nWork closely with ML/AI engineers and data teams to understand model capabilities and limitations, and shape responsible, trustworthy AI experiences.\nIntegrate AI tools into the design workflow (research synthesis, ideation, copy, asset generation, rapid prototyping) to improve speed and quality while maintaining design judgement.\nStay current with design trends, tools and emerging technologies, including generative AI and AI-assisted design workflows.\nRequired Skills & Qualifications\nBachelor's or Master's degree in Design, HCI, Fine Arts, Computer Science or a related field (or equivalent experience).\n10+ years of hands-on experience in UI/UX design with a strong portfolio of web and mobile products.\nExpert proficiency in Figma; working knowledge of Adobe XD, Sketch, Photoshop, Illustrator and prototyping tools (Framer, ProtoPie, etc.).\nStrong grounding in UX principles: information architecture, interaction design, user-centred design and design thinking.\nProven experience building and governing design systems.\nStrong understanding of human-centred AI/UX principles: explainability, trust, ethics, bias and privacy considerations in AI products.\nHands-on experience with AI design tools and assistants (e.g. Figma AI, Midjourney, ChatGPT, Claude, Uizard, Galileo AI) and a practical approach to prompting.\nGood understanding of HTML, CSS and front-end constraints to enable smooth design-to-dev collaboration.\nExcellent communication, storytelling and stakeholder management skills.\nExperience working in Agile / Scrum environments.\nGood to Have\nExperience designing AI-first or AI-enabled products (LLM-based assistants, copilots, recommendation or analytics engines).\nFamiliarity with conversational design, prompt design and designing for voice or multimodal interfaces.\nExperience designing B2B SaaS, dashboards, analytics or enterprise products.\nExposure to motion design, micro-interactions and basic illustration or iconography.\nExperience leading or managing a design team.\nExperience designing for international markets and
