The ideal candidate will combine strong frontend and backend development skills with a good understanding of UI/UX, modern software architecture, and AI-enabled development practices.\nThe candidate should be comfortable translating business requirements, wireframes, and design prototypes into high-quality, production-ready applications, leveraging AI tools to accelerate development and build intelligent software solutions.\nKey Responsibilities\nEnd-to-End Development: Own the complete development lifecycle, from requirement analysis and technical design to development, integration, testing, deployment, and maintenance.\nCMS Development: Build, customize, and optimize websites and applications using CMS platforms such as WordPress, Shopify, Webflow, or other relevant technologies.\nUI/UX & Frontend: Translate Figma designs, wireframes, and prototypes into visually accurate, responsive, accessible, and high-performance interfaces. Demonstrate strong understanding of UI/UX principles and user journeys.\nFull Stack Engineering: Develop scalable frontend and backend solutions, APIs, database integrations, third-party integrations, and custom modules using suitable modern technologies.\nAI-Enabled Development: Use AI coding tools such as Cursor, Claude, GitHub Copilot, or equivalent for code generation, debugging, refactoring, testing, and development productivity. Independently validate AI-generated code.\nAI Application Development: Understand AI application architecture and integrate LLMs, AI APIs, agents, RAG, or other relevant AI capabilities into business applications, wherever applicable.\nQuality & Performance: Ensure code quality, application security, performance optimization, maintainability, responsive design, and reliable deployment.\nTechnical Ownership: Independently handle complex requirements, resolve technical challenges, recommend appropriate technology choices, and collaborate with designers, project managers, and other stakeholders.\nRequired Skills & Qualifications\n10-12 years of hands-on experience in full-stack web development, with demonstrated ownership of end-to-end projects.\nStrong experience with at least one major CMS platform, including custom development, theme/template customization, plugins/modules, and integrations.\nStrong frontend skills in JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, responsive design, and a modern framework such as React, Vue, or equivalent.\nGood backend development experience using technologies such as PHP, Node.js, Python, or other suitable frameworks, along with database and API integration expertise.\nStrong UI/UX understanding, with the ability to interpret design specifications and independently deliver polished, user-friendly interfaces.\nPractical, hands-on experience using AI-powered development tools across frontend and backend development.\nGood understanding of AI application development, including LLM APIs, AI integrations, and the fundamentals of building AI-enabled solutions.\nStrong knowledge of software architecture, debugging, version control, testing, security, and deployment practices.\nAbility to work independently, make sound technical decisions, and deliver production-ready solutions.\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience delivering multiple design-led websites, CMS implementations, or complex web applications end to end.\nExperience with e-commerce platforms such as Shopify\nExperience integrating LLMs, AI agents, RAG pipelines, or AI-powered business workflows.\nFamiliarity with cloud platforms, Docker, CI/CD, automated testing, and performance optimization.\nWhat We Are Looking For\nA hands-on senior developer who combines strong full-stack engineering, CMS expertise, UI/UX sensibility, and an AI-first development mindset.
