requirements, manage expectations, and ensure timely delivery.\n\n- Conduct technical reviews, mentor team members, and ensure adherence to coding standards, security, testing, and architecture governance.\n\nRequired Skillsets : \n\n- 10+ years of overall IT experience, including 7+ years of hands-on Finacle Core Banking product experience.\n\n- Strong expertise in Finacle 11 architecture, customization layers, configuration, and customization frameworks.\n\n- Hands-on experience with Finacle scripting, Oracle SQL/PLSQL, Unix Shell Scripting, and report development.\n\n- Expertise in custom menus, MRT/Jasper reports, batch jobs, EOD/BOD, debugging, and troubleshooting.\n\n- Strong knowledge of Finacle Product APIs, Custom APIs, Finacle Integrator, Connect24, and system integrations.\n\n- Functional knowledge of CASA, Term Deposits, Loans, banking processes, and digital banking products.\n\n- Experience in solution architecture, client interactions, requirement analysis, and delivery management.\n\n- Knowledge of Agile methodologies, unit testing, documentation, security standards, and production support.\n\n- Strong leadership, communication,
