You'll have the opportunity to showcase your talents by contributing to impactful projects.\n\nResponsibilities:\n\nDesign and develop CP4D jobs to extract, transform, and load data into data warehouses.\nCollaborate with business teams and data modelers to understand ETL requirements.\nDevelop mapping documents and transformation rules based on source-to-target mapping.\nHandle large data volumes efficiently using IBM CP4D tools.\nPerform unit testing and support performance testing of CP4D jobs.\nCreate and maintain ETL technical design documentation, test cases, results, and issues.\nWork closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless data integration.\n\nRequirements:\n\nMust Have:\n\n6+ years of ETL development experience, including 4+ years with IBM InfoSphere DataStage/CP4D.\nStrong hands-on experience with DataStage Parallel Jobs, Sequence Jobs, Server Jobs, shared containers, parameters, job control, and restartability.\nAdvanced SQL skills and experience with DB2; experience with Oracle, SQL Server, Snowflake, or similar platforms is valuable.\nExperience developing and tuning ETL workflows using Hierarchical, transformer, joins, lookups, aggregations, funnels, sorts, partitioning, and surrogate-key handling.\nAbility to diagnose job failures, performance bottlenecks, metadata/schema issues, connector failures, and parallel-engine errors.\nExperience integrating files, APIs/web services, XML/JSON, message queues, and relational databases.\nKnowledge of Linux/Unix commands, shell scripting, and scheduling/orchestration tools.\nUnderstanding of data warehousing, dimensional modeling, data quality, data lineage, and reconciliation controls.\nExperience with source control, CI/CD, code reviews, release management, and production support.\nAbility to translate business requirements into scalable technical designs and ETL specifications.\nFamiliarity with Unix Scripting\nExperience with IBM DataStage\nStrong communication and problem-solving skills.\n\nAbout ValueMomentum\n\nValueMomentum is a leading solutions provider for the global property & casualty insurance industry, supported by deep domain and technology capabilities.
