Join us.\nThe DevOps Engineer is responsible for managing the infrastructure, automating deployment processes, and ensuring the reliability and scalability of our systems. The DevOps Engineer has a strong background in software engineering, system administration, and a deep understanding of DevOps principles and practices.\nJob Responsibilities\nDesign, implement, and manage CI/CD pipelines to automate the software development process\nCollaborate with development teams to ensure smooth and reliable software releases\nMonitor system performance, identify issues, and implement solutions to optimize system reliability and scalability\nDevelop and maintain infrastructure as code using tools like Terraform, Ansible, or similar\nImplement and manage containerization technologies such as Docker and orchestration tools like Kubernetes\nEnsure security best practices are followed and integrated into the DevOps processes\nConduct root cause analysis for production errors and implement preventive measures\nAutomate routine tasks to improve operational efficiency and reduce manual intervention\nManage cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, GCP) and ensure optimal resource utilization\nMaintain documentation for infrastructure, configurations, and deployment processes\nParticipate in on-call rotation to provide 24/7 support for production systems\nJob Qualifications\nBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field\nProven experience as a DevOps Engineer or in a similar role\nStrong knowledge of CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI, CircleCI, etc.)\nProficiency with configuration management tools (Ansible, Chef, Puppet, etc.)\nHands-on experience with containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes)\nSolid understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud)\nStrong scripting skills (Bash, Python, Ruby, etc.)\nFamiliarity with monitoring and logging tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack)\nExperience with version control systems (Git)\nExcellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail\nStrong communication and collaboration skills\nAbility to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously\nRelevant certifications (AWS Certified DevOps Engineer, Certified Kubernetes Administrator, etc.) preferred\nExperience with microservices architecture\nUnderstanding of networking concepts and protocols\nKnowledge of security best practices and tools\nExperience with agile methodologies and project management tools\nCompensation: Salary + Performance-Based Bonus, Comprehensive Benefits Package.
