We are currently looking forTechnical Support Engineer for ourBahrain operations with the following skillsets & terms and conditions:
Skills
- Provide Level 1 support for incidents and service requests.
- Install, configure, and maintain IT devices and applications.
- Escalate unresolved issues to higher support levels.
- Maintain support documentation and follow-up activities.
- Monitor recurring technical issues and report findings.
The selected candidates shall join VAM Systems - Bahrain and shall be deputed to one of the leading Organizations in Bahrain.
