develop, and implement scalable Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, and Agentforce.\n\n- Build and configure Salesforce Agentforce solutions based on business requirements and real-world use cases.\n\n- Design and implement Agent Topics, Instructions, Actions, and custom Agent Actions using Apex and Flow.\n\n- Integrate Agentforce with Salesforce data, business processes, and external systems.\n\n- Work with Prompt Builder and Salesforce generative AI capabilities to create effective and reliable agent interactions.\n\n- Develop reusable, scalable, and high-performance Lightning Web Components.\n\n- Develop Apex classes, triggers, batch jobs, queueable jobs, scheduled jobs, and asynchronous processes.\n\n- Design and implement Salesforce integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, OAuth, Named Credentials, Platform Events, and Apex callouts.\n\n- Participate in requirement discussions and convert functional requirements into appropriate technical solutions.\n\n- Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues related to Salesforce development, integrations, LWC, and Agentforce.\n\n- Ensure solutions follow Salesforce best practices for security, governor limits, scalability, performance, and maintainability.\n\n- Perform code reviews and provide technical guidance to development teams.\n\n- Support deployments, release activities, and production issues.\n\n- Collaborate with architects, business analysts, and client stakeholders throughout the implementation lifecycle.\n\nPreferred Candidate Profile:\n\n- 6+ years of strong Salesforce development experience.\n\n- Excellent hands-on experience with Apex, LWC, SOQL/SOSL, Salesforce Flows, Triggers, and asynchronous Apex.\n\n- Strong understanding of Salesforce Core Platform, including security, sharing model, governor limits, data model, and platform architecture.\n\n- Strong hands-on Salesforce Agentforce implementation experience is mandatory.\n\n- Candidate should have worked on at least one meaningful end-to-end Agentforce implementation/use case.\n\n- Strong experience with Agent Builder, Agent Topics, Agent Instructions, Agent Actions, Custom Actions using Apex / Flow, Prompt Builder, Agentforce grounding with Salesforce data, and Agent testing, debugging, and optimization.\n\n- Strong hands-on expertise in Lightning Web Components (LWC), including component communication, Lightning Data Service, wire services, imperative Apex, and custom events.\n\n- Strong experience with Salesforce integrations using REST APIs, SOAP APIs, OAuth, Named Credentials, and Platform Events.\n\n- Experience with Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud is required.\n\n- Exposure to Data Cloud, Einstein, and other Salesforce AI capabilities will be an added advantage.\n\n- Good understanding of Salesforce DevOps, Git, Salesforce DX, and CI/CD processes.\n\n- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.\n\n- Good communication skills with the ability to participate in technical discussions with clients and internal stakeholders.\n\n- Candidates must be able to clearly explain their Agentforce implementation experience, use case,
