As part of this journey, we are looking for an experienced Project Manager Operations to lead large-scale transformation projects within our supply chain and distribution environment.\nYour initial focus will be a strategic, multi-year program linked to the future development of our distribution center in Wichelen. You'll bring structure to complexity, align stakeholders across the business and ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope and with lasting impact.\nThis is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys driving change from strategy through to implementation.\nYour role\nAs Project Manager Operations, you take end-to-end ownership of complex cross-functional projects. You translate business needs into clear project plans, coordinate stakeholders across Operations, Supply Chain and IT, and ensure successful delivery from start to finish.\nYou create structure, manage risks, monitor progress and keep teams aligned towards shared objectives.
