That's why we're looking for someone who is curious, user-oriented and eager to understand both the business domain and the people who use the software every day.\nYour responsibilities:\nDesign, build and maintain scalable applications and services\n\nDevelop end-to-end solutions using modern full stack technologies\n\nWork closely with wealth planners to understand user workflows, validate assumptions and deliver solutions that create measurable value\n\nTranslate complex wealth and succession planning requirements into robust, secure and maintainable software\n\nDevelop a deep understanding of the Belgian wealth and succession planning domain and actively contribute to shaping digital solutions in this space\n\nCollaborate with other development teams within the cluster to deliver seamless and integrated client journeys\n\nContribute to architecture decisions, technical design and the evolution of the platform\n\nLeverage AI throughout the entire software development lifecycle while maintaining high standards for quality, security, and maintainability\n\nTake ownership from analysis through implementation and release\n\nContinuously improve development practices, testing approaches and system reliability\n\nCoach and support junior team members through knowledge sharing, feedback and technical guidance\n\nYour talents\nAs a Senior Full Stack Developer, you combine strong technical expertise with curiosity for the business domain and the people who use the products you build. You take ownership, communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, and are comfortable working in complex environments where business and technology intersect.\nIn addition, you have:\nAt least 5 years of experience as a Full Stack Developer\n\nStrong experience with C#.NET, Angular, and modern web development technologies\n\nExperience working with Azure-based solutions\n\nA pragmatic approach to AI-assisted software development, balancing productivity gains with sound engineering judgement\n\nStrong collaboration skills and experience working across multiple teams and stakeholders\n\nA strong interest in understanding end-user workflows and improving the user experience\n\nThe ability to quickly understand complex functional domains and translate them into technical solutions\n\nExcellent communication skills and experience working in Agile teams\n\nMove ahead at Van Lanschot Kempen\nInvesting in a more future-oriented, sustainable, and data-driven way with various clients.
