environments\nStrong experience administering Microsoft Active Directory, Microsoft 365, Exchange, Windows Server, and Linux\nExperience supporting VMware virtualization environments\nExperience with enterprise networking, firewalls, storage, and server infrastructure\nPractical experience supporting AWS cloud environments\nExperience with scripting and automation using PowerShell, Python, Bash, or similar languages\nExperience with CI/CD pipelines and automation tools\nStrong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills across multiple technology domains\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills\nPreferred Qualifications:\nExperience with AWS services such as EC2, VPC, IAM, RDS, S3, CloudWatch, Route 53, and ECS/EKS\nExperience with Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform or AWS CloudFormation\nExperience with Docker and Kubernetes\nAWS certification (Cloud Practitioner, Solutions Architect Associate, or SysOps Administrator)\nMicrosoft certifications related to Microsoft 365, Azure, or Windows Server\nExperience in regulated environments such as pharmaceutical, healthcare, biotechnology, or life sciences industries\nMust be able to perform the essential
