Job Summary:

The Training & Development Coordinator supports the successful delivery and administration of the Business Education Team's learning and engagement programs. This role is responsible for coordinating learning operations, maintaining learning systems and resources, managing program logistics, and providing exceptional support to learners and stakeholders. The position ensures learning content, communications, and events are delivered accurately and efficiently while leveraging data, reporting, and feedback to measure effectiveness and drive continuous improvement. Through strong organizational, customer service, and coordination skills, this role helps create a seamless and engaging learning experience across the organization.

  • Experience administering and supporting learning programs within Workday Learning

  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including:

    • XLOOKUP and VLOOKUP functions

    • Complex formulas and data manipulation

    • Pivot tables and reporting

  • Strong attention to detail with a high degree of accuracy

  • Analytical mindset with experience interpreting data, generating reports, and identifying trends

  • Experience working with large datasets and performing data analysis

  • Background in learning and development (L&D) operations or learning administration

  • Ability to manage administrative tasks in a learning environment while maintaining data integrity

  • Strong organizational and prioritization skills in a fast-paced environment

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Administers learning programs by maintaining course schedules, registrations, learning content, and program information within the Learning Management System (LMS).
  • Ensures LMS and website content remains accurate, current, and accessible to learners.
  • Manages shared learning resources, including team files, inboxes, calendars, and learner communications.
  • Coordinates the setup, scheduling, and logistics of recurring town halls, workshops, and other learning events.
  • Supports learner participation through course enrollment management, communications, and issue resolution.
  • Utilizes strong customer service, communication, and project coordination skills to ensure learning programs are effectively delivered and accessible across the organization.
  • Administers learner surveys and feedback processes to evaluate participant satisfaction and learning effectiveness.
  • Generates, analyzes, and distributes learning metrics and reports, including participation, completion, survey, and impact data to support decision-making and continuous improvement.
  • Identifies process improvement opportunities and contributes to the efficacy of learning operations.

  • Analytical Skills (Novice): The process of identifying, evaluating, interpreting and organizing data. It includes sorting through data to identify patterns and establish relationships for decision making.
  • Adult Learning Theory (Novice): Knowledge of the principles and practices of providing instruction to the adult learner. Able to focus adult learning goals and the ability to direct their own learning.
