As an Automation Operator based at our state-of-the-art automated distribution centre in Moorebank, Sydney, you will play a key role in supporting the successful operation of advanced warehouse automation systems. Working within a newly established team, you will help ensure our cutting-edge technology, including robotics, ASRS systems, and conveyor networks, operates safely, efficiently, and reliably in a 24/7 environment.
Your Impact:
Monitor and support the performance of automated warehouse systems to maximise operational efficiency.
Respond to system blockages and disruptions quickly to minimise downtime and maintain throughput.
Record and report root causes of operational issues to support continuous improvement initiatives.
Use live dashboards and system tools to identify and address potential performance concerns proactively.
Maintain a clean, organised, and safe work environment through a "clean as you go" approach.
Support testing, commissioning, and operational readiness activities for new automation equipment.
Collaborate with Operations, Service, and Project teams to ensure seamless system performance and customer satisfaction.
