By preparing and validating data, coordinating stakeholder input, and translating compensation information into clear insights, you will contribute to accurate and timely compensation decision-making. This role combines analytical rigour with a practical continuous improvement mindset. You will identify opportunities to simplify, standardise, and automate recurring processes, calculations, reporting, and documentation, helping create compensation processes that are efficient, controlled, and scalable.You will work closely with Total Rewards, HR Technology, Finance Shared Services, and HR stakeholders across different regions to ensure accurate and timely execution of global compensation activities.\nWhat you will do/Key Responsibilities:\nCompensation Programme Delivery & Benchmarking (35%)\nCoordinate compensation survey participation and support global benchmarking by collecting, validating, and analysing internal and external compensation data.\nSupport annual merit, Short Term Incentive (STI), and Long Term Incentive (LTI) processes.\nPrepare and validate data required for annual compensation cycles.\nCoordinate stakeholder inputs and follow up with managers and HR stakeholders on deadlines and data quality.\nSupport employee letter preparation for compensation and incentive programmes.\nSupport the end-to-end Sales Incentive Plan process, including template preparation, target-setting inputs, evaluation, payout calculations, and letter preparation.\nSupport incentive accrual processes for Company Bonus, STI, Sales Incentive Plan, and Key Account Management incentive programmes in partnership with Finance Shared Services.\nData Analysis, Reporting & Workday Support (35%)\nPrepare compensation data, reports, and insights for Total Rewards and other HR stakeholders.\nAnalyse compensation data to identify trends, inconsistencies, and data quality issues.\nTranslate compensation findings into clear and practical information for stakeholders.\nSupport the creation and maintenance of Workday reports in collaboration with HR Technology.\nPrepare and validate Workday upload templates for merit matrices, norm salaries, incentive targets, and other compensation data.\nEnsure compensation data is accurate, complete, and appropriately validated before submission or upload.\nCreate and update compensation reports in partnership with HR Technology and relevant stakeholders.\nProcess Improvement & Automation (20%)\nReview compensation activities and identify opportunities to simplify, standardise, and automate recurring processes, calculations, reporting, and document preparation.\nIdentify opportunities to improve efficiency, data quality, and process controls.\nSupport the design, testing, and implementation of improved compensation solutions.\nContribute to continuous improvement initiatives involving automation, AI, and digital solutions.\nHelp establish scalable and consistent compensation processes across regions.\nKnowledge Management & Stakeholder Support (10%)\nCreate, update, and maintain compensation knowledge articles, process descriptions, and work instructions.\nMaintain clear and accessible documentation for recurring compensation activities.\nProvide support and guidance to stakeholders on compensation processes, data requirements, and reporting.\nCollaborate effectively with Total Rewards, HR Technology, Finance Shared Services, and HR Service Delivery teams.\nHandle confidential compensation information with appropriate discretion and sound judgement.\nWhat you bring:\nBachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Finance, Business Administration, Economics, Data Analytics, or a related field.\nRelevant experience in Compensation, Total Rewards, HR Analytics, HR Operations, or Financial Analysis.\nExperience supporting compensation cycles, incentive programmes, salary benchmarking, or compensation reporting.\nStrong experience working with complex datasets, calculations, and data validation.\nExperience with Workday or a comparable HR system.\nExperience with process improvement or automation within an HR or financial environment.\nExperience working in an international organisation is preferred.\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.\nAdvanced Excel skills and confidence working with large and sensitive datasets.\nAbility to translate complex compensation data into clear and practical insights.\nIndependent and structured approach, with the ability to deliver recurring activities within fixed deadlines.\nStrong continuous improvement mindset and affinity with automation, AI, and digital solutions.\nEffective stakeholder management skills across Total Rewards, HR Technology, Finance, and HR Service Delivery.\nSound judgement when handling confidential compensation information.\nProficiency in English, both written and spoken.\nAbout the Team:\nYou will report to the Global HR Specialists Lead and be part of the Global HR Specialists team within Regional HR & Global Services. The team delivers specialist HR support across HR Technology, Learning, Service & Knowledge Management, and People Analytics, supporting approximately 10,000 employees across North America, EMEA, and APAC.
