In this role, you will partner with managers and employees to support HR needs and enable strong people practices across the employee life cycle, including onboarding, performance management, talent development, employee relations, engagement, and HR operational effectiveness.\nThe HR Partner will support a Georgia-based client group and will also partner with leaders and teams across North America as business needs evolve. Occasional travel may be required to support employees, managers, business priorities, and HR initiatives.\nEssential Functions / Responsibilities\nPartner closely with managers to provide practical, business-oriented HR guidance and support.\nManage employee life-cycle activities, including onboarding, performance management, talent development, internal transfers, and offboarding support.\nCoach managers on feedback, documentation, employee relations, and talent management best practices.\nSupport employee engagement initiatives that strengthen the employee experience, team connection, and HR operational effectiveness.\nPartner with regional and global HR teams on compensation, benefits-related questions, HR programs, and process alignment, as needed.\nSupport compliance with applicable U.S. employment laws, state employment requirements, and company policies.\nParticipate in HR projects designed to improve processes, tools, practices, and the overall manager and employee experience.\nCollaborate with Talent Acquisition on recruitment support, internal mobility, new-hire readiness, and workforce planning activities.\nPrepare HR reports, dashboards, and insights to support informed decision-making.\nGuide employees and managers on self-service transactions, HR portal navigation, and policy interpretation to promote accountability and autonomy.\nPerform other HR duties and project work as business needs require.\nRequired Qualifications and Experience\nBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; equivalent relevant experience may also be considered.\n5 to 7 years of HR experience in a similar HR Partner, HR Generalist, or employee-facing HR role.\nStrong knowledge of U.S. employment practices and HR fundamentals; familiarity with Georgia employment requirements is preferred.\nExcellent interpersonal, communication, coaching, and problem-solving skills.\nAbility to manage multiple priorities, handle confidential information with sound judgment, and follow through with professionalism.\nStrong analytical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to translate information into practical recommendations.\nExperience supporting operational, technical, service, or multi-site client groups is an asset.\nExperience with Workday or a similar HRIS is an asset.\nHR certification such as SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR is an asset.\nWhat We Are Looking For\nA trusted HR partner who builds credibility with managers and employees through clear communication, sound judgment, and follow-through.\nA collaborative team member who enjoys working in a warm, hands-on, and fast-moving environment.\nSomeone who is comfortable balancing operational execution with proactive coaching and continuous improvement.\nA person who brings curiosity, discretion, empathy, and a practical mindset to employee and business challenges.\nTravel:\nThis role requires up to 15% travel domestically and internationally.\nOther Duties:\nPlease note this job description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties or responsibilities that are required of the employee for this job.
