With a strong focus on technology, collaboration, and continuous improvement, we are committed to delivering reliable solutions for our customers while providing meaningful career opportunities for our employees.\nKey Responsibilities:\nAnalyze system failures and performance issues and identify root causes and corrective actions.\nTranslates maintenance concepts into executable and effective maintenance plans.\nPrepares and implements maintenance plans in our Maximo maintenance management system, including asset tree, inventory management, performance dashboards, reports, etc.\nUses and develops analysis methods for determining maintenance demands for components, equipment, and systems. Acquires maintenance data and analyses the data to optimize maintenance plans. Collaborate with other engineers, technicians, and stakeholders to ensure the reliability of the systems and solutions.\nTroubleshoot and resolve any reliability issues or defects related to the warehouse system.\nExecute the yearly maintenance plan for the systems and solutions and ensure compliance with the contractual and regulatory requirements.\nCoordinate with the maintenance team and the customer to schedule and perform the maintenance activities and document the results and feedback.\nResponsible for Work-order management executed by internal and external parties & Capture all data in Maximo maintenance management system\nUpdate and maintain the CMMS database with accurate and relevant information.\nAnalyze and report the CMMS data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for reliability improvement.\nAudit the quality of the work orders generated by the CMMS, and ensure they are clear, complete, and consistent.\nProvide feedback and training to the maintenance team on how to use the CMMS effectively and efficiently.\nOrganize all materials, tools, permits and the right competences for executing the service\nRequirements\nBachelor’s Degree\nMinimum 3 years of experience in reliability engineering or related field.\nAdvanced user with Microsoft Office suite\nMust possess a passport\nPreferred Qualifications\nWork experience in automated material handling solutions is an asset\nExperience with CMMS, Qliksense\nKnowledge-Skills-Abilities (Competencies)\nKnowledge of reliability engineering principles, methods, tools, and standards.\nMaintenance engineering and technical background.\nStrong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.\nAbility to work independently and in a team environment.\nProficiency in using CMMS or similar software applications.\nPosition Type/Expected Hours of Work:\nThis is a full-time position, Monday through Friday\nThis position supports sites with 24/7 operations, untraditional hours may be necessary from time to time.\nTravel:\nThis position requires occasional domestic and international travel to the USA and potentially Europe.\nSupervisory Responsibility\nThis position has no direct reports.\nOther Duties\nPlease note this job description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties or responsibilities that are required of the employee for this job. The salary range listed represents the maximum and minimum starting base pay for this position as of the time of posting. Final salary offered will be determined based on factors including but not limited to the candidate's skills and experience.
