Hierarchical you will be part of the Enabling Functions team based in Veghel, the Netherlands and will report into the HR Technology Lead, who is leading payroll transformation and change.\nWe foster a flexible yet critical approach, emphasizing an end-to-end mindset, deep process knowledge, and a strong understanding of the business. We are expected to be highly skilled professionals with a deep understanding of HR, finance, business, and technology.\nThe role requires a combination of strategic thinking, analytical skills, and technical knowledge to design and implement solutions that support the organization's financial objectives.\nResponsibilities\nProcess Focus:\nAdvisor to a broad range of Stakeholders both in and outside finance.\nProcess Improvement: Drive standardization and initiate improvements within Payroll, using end-to-end expertise to enhance processes and tools.\nCross-Functional Guidance: Provide expertise on payroll process and offer guidance within Hire to Retire scope.\nKPI Management: Monitor and drive performance based on defined KPIs.\nTechnology Focus:\nHR & Finance Architecture: Contribute to developing and managing HR & finance architecture, including processes, systems, and data (-products), to align with business goals.\nPayroll Implementation: Collaborate with (HR) IT and payroll partner to deliver technically sound, sustainable payroll solutions.\nChange & Risk Management: Stay updated on new technological developments, manage architecture changes, and advise on priorities and risks.\nContinuous Improvement: Identify and evaluate opportunities for process automation.\nGeneral\nGlobal Alignment: Collaborate with global teams on Hire to Retire transformation projects.\nWhat You Bring\n Education:Bachelor and/or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field (MBA or relevant certifications preferred);\n\n ExperienceAt least 8 years of working experience in payroll or strongly related to payroll;\nExperience with HR & financial systems and processes, especially with modern HRM & Payroll solutions (e.g., Workday);\nProven success in leading or participating in payroll implementations, ideally in a global, multi-entity organization;\nExperienced with analyzing and reporting data;\n\nSkillsStrong analytical and problem-solving skills;\nExceptional communication skills, capable of explaining complex concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders;\nExcellent interpersonal skills, confident in building lasting business relationships;\nYou have a result-oriented mindset, are independent, pro-active, innovative and take ownership\n\nWhat we offer\nWe offer a position in an informal, international and professional working environment with a lot of scope for personal development.\nThis position offers a competitive salary range of € 6.500 to € 7.600 gross per month (excluding 8% holiday allowance).\nOn top of your fixed salary, you’ll receive the following secondary benefits:\n40 vacation days (20 statutory days and a flexible budget worth 20 days)\nFlexible working hours\nA hybrid workplace (40% working from home and 60% in the office)\nA Health & Wellbeing budget worth € 300 per calendar year. \nCommuting allowance, including full reimbursement of travel by public transport\nWorking from home allowance\nCollective pension scheme and discount on additional health insurance\nOn-site company health centres with a gym, physiotherapists and occupational therapists\nVanderlande Academy and training facilities to boost your skills\nA variety in Vanderlande Network communities and initiatives\nReady to apply?\nAre you interested in this position?
