Our comprehensive portfolio combines innovative systems, intelligent software, and life-cycle services to deliver fast, reliable, and efficient automation solutions.\nVanderlande offers a competitive compensation package, comprehensive benefits, flexible working hours, hybrid work opportunities when appropriate, modern workspaces, an employee gym, and a people-focused culture.\nKey Responsibilities\nDefine, maintain, and communicate a clear product vision and roadmap aligned with Vanderlande’s strategic objectives.\nServe as the primary liaison between business stakeholders, customers, end users, and development teams.\nTranslate business and customer requirements into actionable product requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and clear definitions of done.\nProvide product direction and priorities to cross-functional Agile development teams.\nOwn, manage, and prioritize the product backlog, balancing immediate business needs with long-term product strategy.\nIncorporate customer and end-user feedback into product decisions and continuous improvement initiatives.\nMonitor product KPIs, milestones, timelines, and deliverables to support quality, performance, and business objectives.\nIdentify opportunities to improve product functionality, scalability, reliability, and overall customer value.\nStay current on industry trends, competitor solutions, customer needs, and emerging technologies within logistics and industrial automation.\nPartner with technical teams to ensure product requirements are clearly understood and effectively delivered.\n\nBasic Qualifications\nBachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, Product Management, or a related field.\n5+ years of experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or similar role within technology, industrial automation, logistics automation, or a related technical environment.\nExperience working within Agile/Scrum product development environments.\nStrong stakeholder management skills with the ability to collaborate across technical, business, and customer-facing teams.\nExperience developing and managing product roadmaps and prioritized backlogs.\nProficiency with Jira, Confluence, or similar product development and collaboration tools.\nProficiency with Microsoft Office applications.\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills.\nTechnical background or working knowledge of electromechanical systems and/or PLC-based controls and development.\nPreferred Qualifications\nProven experience leading product development for complex technical, electromechanical, or industrial automation systems.\nExperience with conveyor, material handling, warehousing, or logistics automation technologies.\nFamiliarity with lightweight and modular design principles within industrial systems.\nStrong strategic mindset with the ability to translate high-level business and customer requirements into executable product plans.\nAbility to balance technical feasibility, customer value, business priorities, and long-term product strategy.\nPassion for technology, innovation, and sustainability within logistics automation.\nWork Environment & Physical Requirements\nThis is primarily an office-based position located in Marietta, Georgia. Occasional visits to warehouse, manufacturing, customer, or industrial environments may be required.\nPosition Type / Expected Hours\nFull-time.
