These solutions help business processes run more efficiently, securely, and reliably.\nThe ProCode team is a team of currently 9 developers that are based in 3 different locations: Veghel (Netherlands), Pune (India) and Belgrade (Serbia).\nResponsibilities\nThe role owns technical leadership for high-quality, secure, scalable, and maintainable software solutions.\nDesign and develop complex enterprise applications, services, APIs, and integrations\nTranslate business requirements into robust technical solutions and implementation roadmaps\nLead technical design discussions and contribute to architectural decision-making\nEstablish and promote software engineering standards, best practices, and development guidelines\nEnsure solutions meet security, scalability, reliability, and maintainability requirements\nGuide and mentor (junior) developers through coaching, code reviews, and knowledge sharing\nDrive adoption of DevOps, CI/CD, testing automation, and quality engineering practices\nCollaborate with architects, infrastructure teams, and cybersecurity specialists to ensure compliant and future-proof solutions\nIdentify and manage technical risks, dependencies, and improvement opportunities\nSupport modernization initiatives and continuous platform improvements\nKey activities\nThe work combines hands-on development, technical leadership, modernization, and continuous improvement.\nDesign and develop application components, APIs, middleware connectors, and reusable services for complex business, integration, identity, and platform challenges\nSupport the evolution of ProCode products such as applications for time writing or resource planning, SharePoint provisioning and integrations for project and team sites and identity components used company wide\nContribute to modernization initiatives, including Azure security initiatives, containerization, and movement away from on-premise Windows Server hosting\nReview solution designs, code quality, security aspects, and technical deliverables\nDefine and maintain development standards, reusable components, and SDK patterns where applicable\nImprove automation for testing, deployment, monitoring, and operational processes\nAnalyse system performance, maintainability, and technical debt, and define improvement actions\nSupport troubleshooting of high-impact incidents, root cause analysis, and sustainable fixes\nCoach developers on engineering best practices, cloud-native patterns, secure development, and DevOps approaches\nRoleprofile\nThe role requires senior-level software engineering expertise, architectural thinking, quality leadership, and the ability to translate complex business and platform needs into pragmatic solutions.\nBachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, ICT, or a related field\nExtensive software development experience in complex enterprise environments\nStrong knowledge of C#/.NET, Microsoft Azure, cloud-native development & deployment, secure-by-design principles, and modern front-end development such as React\nExperience with designing APIs, integrations, microservices, event-driven architectures, and enterprise integration patterns\nKnowledge of Microsoft Graph, identity and access concepts, Entra ID integration, and secure authentication patterns is a strong advantage\nExperience with DevOps, CI/CD, infrastructure-as-code, Terraform, automated testing, release automation, and containerization\nStrong understanding of software architecture, design patterns, security requirements, maintainability, and engineering governance\nAbility to lead technical discussions, influence engineering decisions, and collaborate across teams and stakeholders\nExperience with coaching and mentoring software developers\nStrong analytical, problem-solving, stakeholder management, and communication skills\nCommitment to technical excellence,
