Success requires strong stakeholder management, influencing skills, and the ability to deliver results in a complex environment.\nWhat would you be doing?\nDefine and execute the Digital Tool Chain transformation roadmap.\nLead complex, cross-functional programs and governance structures.\nAlign and influence senior stakeholders across the organization.\nDrive adoption of new tools, processes, and ways of working.\nProvide executive reporting, risk management, and decision support.\nWhat should you bring (qualifications and expertise)\nBachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field.\n10+ years of experience in program, transformation, or technology leadership.\nProven success leading enterprise-wide transformation initiatives.\nExceptionally strong stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills.\nExperience translating strategy into execution and delivering business outcomes.\nWhat do we ask from you?\nEngineering Tool Chains, PLM, ALM, MBSE, or Digital Thread initiatives.\nAgile, SAFe, PMP, PRINCE2, or change management methodologies.\nIndustrial automation, high-tech manufacturing, logistics automation, or similar industries.\nExperience working in matrix organizations and with executive leadership teams.
