Leading a team, safety and quality are paramount, with your strong on-site presence ensuring project success. You will handle pre-commissioning, integration coordination, and testing support, facilitating smooth site handovers.\nAdditionally, you will play a pivotal role in training technicians and maintaining essential project documentation, contributing to team growth and quality project execution.\nResponsibilities\n< >Installation Supervision:Organize and supervise onsite electrical activities like Installation, Testing & Commissioning of electrical components including power distribution, control panels, wirings etc. for Vanderlande material handling projects in line with the project schedule and following the agreed sequence.Contribute to creating electrical installation schedule, Review electrical drawings, schematics, and equipment specifications to ensure compliance with project requirements and electrical codes.\n·Controls Activities:\n< >Install PLC/HMI’s. Download OT Software’s for all controllers and validate correct function of safety & control cabinets.Execute & support Pre-commissioning activities like I/O Checks, Interface test with SCADA, Field Wiring Test after power On, Mechanical Running Test (MRT).Execute or Support commissioning activities (Functionality, capacity, requirements).Execute minor changes in OT Program & perform controls troubleshooting.Support Integration, Site testing, as-built documentation, perform snagging and rectification.\n·Guidance:\n< >Delegate responsibilities and provide clear instructions to the onsite installation team of electrical technicians/subcontractors, ensuring that all installation work complies with quality standards and strictly adheres to Vanderlande processes.\n·Safety Focus:\nCreate safe working environment by fostering a culture of safety among installations teams throughout the project execution.\n\nOrganize all HSE related activities on site.\n\n·Surveying:\nConduct feasibility surveys for installation areas. Check readiness & facilities required for installation as a part of preparation for “Startup Installation.”\n·Quality Control:\nLeading by example, maintain a strong onsite presence through regular site walks and a thorough quality checks in alignment with Vanderlande standards.\n·Reporting & Coordination:\nMonitor team's progress and regularly report on work progress to the site manager.\n\nEnsure effective coordination with subcontractors and stakeholders.\n\nCollaborate with procurement team to coordinate the timely delivery of electrical materials and equipment’s.\n\nCoordinate installation and integration of 3rd party equipment’s like Screening machines, Tag Readers, weighing scales etc.\n\nDocument all installation activities, maintain accurate records, and prepare progress reports for project management.\n\nManage change orders & RFIs, maintain red line drawings for O&M\n\n·Continuous Improvement:\nIdentify opportunities for improvement of site management process and support continuous enhancement efforts.\n\nAssume responsibility for training new technicians to enhance their skills, fostering ongoing team improvement, and promoting the core value of \"Everyday Better\" through lessons learned.\n\n·Support Activities:\nOrganize and facilitate all support activities to ensure a smooth high-quality handover to commissioning and support commissioning & testing teams until handover to the customer.\n\nSupport site logistic management by organizing proper unloading and other related activities.\n\nResponsible for activities\nPerform EM Installation\n\nPerform Field wiring test before Power-On\n\nPerform Power-Up\n\nPerform Safety and Area EM Inspection\n\nPerform Pre-commissioning (Cabinet & Equipment)\n\nPerform commission conveying.\n\nPerform CST/IST\n\nResponsible for deliverables\nAs Built Notes\n\nDefect List\n\nElectrical static test report\n\nField wiring Test Report Before Power On\n\nPower-Up protocol test report\n\nCabinet test reports\n\nI/O check reports\n\nMRT Reports\n\nConsulted in activities.\nCommission Conveying\n\nCommission Safety Span of Control\n\nCreate Installation Spare Parts ME\n\nCreate Site Management Plan\n\nMake EM Documentation as built.\n\nPre-Commission Conveying Cabinet\n\nPre-Commission Safety\n\nPre-Commission Safety PLC - Cabinet\n\nDefine Solution stage.\n\nDetail solution stage\n\nDesired Experience\nMinimum 5 years of experience in executing material handling projects in controls commissioning and (or) electrical site supervision for installations.\n\nHas knowledge of electromechanical components, cabinets, and field wirings.\n\nAbility to comprehend engineering drawings, specifications, layouts, and effectively interpret project and logistics schedules.\n\nAbility to understand & modify LLC code in relevant platforms (Siemens S7 Series)\n\nKnowledge of diverse types of Switch gears, Drives & Experience of I/O testing.\n\nProficiency in troubleshooting electromechanical issues and taking proactive measures to resolve them.\n\nExperience in executing / supporting LLC (Low Level Control) commissioning for I/O tests and Mechanical Run Tests, including cabinet functionality.\n\nPossess conceptual knowledge of PLC systems (Siemens), different type of hardware’s,\n\nCommunication protocols (Profinet, Ethernet, Profibus, ASI).\nHand on experience with AutoCAD, Navis and E.
