Even with Vanguard's state of the art technology, vast manufacturing capability, and leading-edge information tools, we wake up every day thinking about how best to serve our customers, suppliers, and the communities in which we live.\nRequirements\nWhat you’ll do:\n Pick kits of material for manufacturing\n De-trash boxes of received materials and put materials away\n Verify paperwork and packaging of materials, printing required labels and paperwork\n Receive materials in system by performing computer transactions\n Move materials to inspection or stock holding areas\n Work with Purchasing, Engineering or Quality to receive materials when discrepancies are identified\n Cross train and assist in other areas as needed including: Stockroom, Cycle Counting, Shipping support\n Performs other duties as assigned.\nWhat you’ll need:\n Displays a high-level critical thinking and analysis. \n Ability to actively follow detailed directions written and verbal.\n Demonstrated highly motivated strong leadership and teambuilding skills with self-motivation, problem solving abilities, team spirit and a “hands on” mentality.\n Strong attention to detail.\n Excellent communication in person, over the phone, email, internet or in writing in a positive and always in a professional manner.\n Ability to work with minimal supervision and make productive use of time\n Education and/or Experience\n High School Diploma, GED or Equivalent\n Preferred Qualifications\n Inventory Control and Receiving experience in the PCBA industry\n MRP Knowledge and/or experience\n The physical demands and work environment characteristics described above are representative of those an employee encounters while performing the essential functions of this job.
