Oversees comprehensive testing for functionality, performance, and security.\n\nApproves technical solutions proposed by team members, resolves complex technical problems, and anticipates issues to enable preventive action.\n\nActs as a key technical liaison with stakeholders, effectively communicating technical implications, project risks, and solution strategies.\n\nMaintains expertise in IT methodologies, architecture design, and enterprise standards; mentors staff and ensures team adoption of evolving standards.\n\nReviews, authors, and approves technical documentation and architecture diagrams.\n\nDrives continuous improvement in technical standards, methodologies, and the adoption of emerging technologies.\n\nParticipates in product life cycle reviews (design, code, test), and serves as a technical advisor across project meetings.\n\nEnsures compliance with IT and Information Security policies, validating that deliverables meet internal and external requirements.\n\nLeads or contributes to special projects and cross-functional initiatives as assigned.\n\nApplies deep server-side development skills, focusing on performance optimization, secure architecture, and database efficiency.\n\nTroubleshoots complex system performance issues and recommends improvements to optimize data flow across services and APIs.\n\nEnsures scalable and resilient backend functionality, with proactive measures for increased system demands\n\nQualifications and Skills\nMinimum 8 years of experience in software development, architecture, and system integration.\n\nBachelor’s degree (B.E./B.Tech) in Computer Science or IT, or Bachelor’s in Computer Applications (BCA), or Master’s in Computer Applications (MCA).\n\nExpertise in software architecture, system design, and technical leadership, with strong experience delivering scalable enterprise applications.\n\nHands-on experience with Java, Python, Spring Boot, Node.js, RESTful APIs, GraphQL/Supergraph, and modern development frameworks.\n\nStrong knowledge of AWS services (ECS, Lambda, DynamoDB, PostgreSQL, S3, SQS, SNS, IAM), including containerized/serverless architectures and Infrastructure as Code.\n\nExperience with DB2, PostgreSQL, SQL, Kafka Streams, Attunity, Qlik, data integration, and cloud-based data solutions.\n\nProven expertise in Git, CI/CD, test automation, observability, Secure SDLC, Agile delivery, technical leadership, stakeholder management, and mentoring engineering teams.\n\nLocation\nThis role is based in Hyderabad, Telangana at Vanguard India.
