Identifies failing components.\n\nMaintains and monitors network system performance and identifies performance issues and trends. Implements improvements and identifies opportunities to automate manual system tasks. Develops and maintains telecom network documentation.\n\nCompletes network capacity planning activities, including monitoring the network and tracking network capacity metrics. Initiates actions to prevent network degradation caused by capacity issues.\n\nTrains and mentors staff. Conducts formal training sessions and recommends training vendors. Troubleshoots and resolves complex issues.\n\nThoroughly understands and complies with Information Technology and Information Security policies and procedures.\n\nParticipates in special projects and performs other duties as assigned.\n\n Qualifications:\nMinimum of five years related work experience.
